On August 8, the event themed "Pooling Strengths of Industry-Academia-Research-Application, Promoting Development Driven by Innovation" – the 5th Four-Party Party Building Event & Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War – was successfully held. It was co-sponsored by China National Biotec Group Co., Ltd. (CNBG), School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University, School of Chemistry of Beijing Normal University (BNU), Leyu Academy of BNU, Lanzhou New Area Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center, Shanghai Haoyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Leadingpharm.
 

 

The 5th Four-Party Party Building: Upgrading to Version 2.0 for Broader Collaboration Building on the solid foundation of four successfully held Four-Party Party Building events, starting from this session, the Four-Party Party Building has been fully upgraded to Version 2.0, covering a wider scope. From the four dimensions of "Industry-Academia-Research-Application", it breaks down barriers, broadens the pattern, and sincerely invites more grassroots Party organizations to join the joint construction camp. Through resource sharing, complementary advantages, and coordinated efforts, it aims to jointly build a cross-field and multi-level Party building community, enabling the Four-Party Party Building to burst out stronger vitality in efficient collaboration. Implementing the "First Topic": Uniting Thoughts to Empower Practical Results

 

Efforts were made to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation. Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War: Remembering History and Reaffirming the Oath. This joint construction event coincided with the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. All participants watched a promotional video commemorating the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, remembering history, mourning martyrs, and inheriting the spirit of the Anti-Japanese War.

Yang Renzi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University, shared a report titled Party Building Leads and "Catalyzes" Development, Upholding Integrity and Innovating to "Synthesize" the Future. Using professional concepts in chemistry such as "catalysis" and "synthesis" as metaphors, he discussed the key issues of how to transform the political advantages of Party organizations into impetus for talent cultivation and discipline development in Party building work.
 

Ma Qiong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Chemistry of BNU, delivered a report titled Chemistry Generates All Things, Learning Leads to Infinite Possibilities: Cultivating First-Class Students with Distinct "Four Haves" Characteristics. She shared the school's experience in cultivating students' "five abilities" (ability to distinguish right from wrong, learning ability, communication ability, innovation ability, and growth ability) by constructing a collaborative education model between the first and second classrooms under the guidance of Party building.
 

 

 

Cao Meixin, Secretary of the Joint Party Branch of Teachers and Students of Mingde Dormitory of Leyu Academy of BNU, explained the report Exploration of Innovative Paths for Normal University Students Cultivation Under the Guidance of Party Building. Leyu Academy adheres to cultivating talents for the country, implements the "spirit of the reply" from General Secretary Xi Jinping, focuses on "all-round education in all aspects and for all students" in Party building, and leads the new trend of serving the country through normal education.

 

Industry-Academia-Research-Application Forum: Jointly Exploring the Innovative Development Path of the Pharmaceutical and Big Health Industry

 

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "In the historical process of realizing the 'Two Centenary Goals', the development of the healthcare cause has always been in a fundamental position, closely connected with the national overall strategy and playing an important supporting role." Against this background, the forum focused on the innovation breakthroughs and high-quality development paths in the pharmaceutical and big health field. Professor Zhang Junbo from the School of Chemistry of BNU gave a report titled Development and Clinical Transformation of a New "Made-in-China" 99mTc-Labeled Tumor Radiopharmaceutical. He shared the key technological breakthroughs made by his team in the development of radiopharmaceuticals. The new "Made-in-China" 99mTc-labeled tumor radiopharmaceutical has stronger capabilities in targeted binding to tumor cells and is of great significance for the early diagnosis of tumors and prognosis evaluation.

 

 

Professor Zhao Guanghui from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Lanzhou University gave a presentation on Research and Development of Vaccine Adjuvants. Focusing on oil adjuvants, aqueous adjuvants, injectable hydrogel adjuvants, nano-adjuvants, and nucleic acid vaccine vectors, he shared the cutting-edge trends and technological breakthroughs in the field of vaccine adjuvant research and development, providing valuable ideas and directions for relevant researchers.
 

 

Yuan Shaoxiong, Deputy General Manager of the Clinical Business Division and Medical Business Director of Leadingpharm, analyzed the topic Implementation of Clinical Research Under the New Situation and Its Internationalization Trend. Combining classic cases, he made a detailed interpretation of the drug distribution, indication pattern, and internationalization trend in the special track of CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy).

 

 

Li Qian, General Manager of Le Yan Brand of Shanghai Haoyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., delivered a report titled Introduction to Le Yan Comprehensive Service Platform and Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation. He shared the core layout and practical achievements of the Le Yan Brand in the field of university-enterprise cooperation. By supporting the transformation of scientific research achievements, industrial chain services, and scientific research fund support, it has injected new momentum into the innovative development of the pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

Li Lei, Director of Lanzhou New Area Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center, introduced the construction of the "Gan Zhihui" Sci-Tech Innovation Park in Lanzhou New Area. Discussing Cooperation and Looking to the Future: Jointly Exploring a New Mechanism for Four-Party Party Building Cooperation
