Recently, the Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau announced the first batch of proposed “Good Seedling” enterprises. Kangleading Pharmaceutical was successfully selected for its outstanding innovation capability and growth potential.

Hangzhou Kangleading Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 as a joint venture between Beijing Leadingpharm Pharmaceutical Technology and Hainan Huludao Pharmaceutical, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, dedicated to building China’s largest professional pediatric drug R&D platform. Located in the Jihua Innovation Industrial Park in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, the company has a 3,000 m² R&D laboratory, focusing on high‑end complex formulations, with a core emphasis on improved new drugs and pediatric drugs. It has built technology platforms for oral dissolving films, orally disintegrating tablets, specialized oral liquids, and specialty excipients. As Leadingpharm’s R&D base in East China, Kangleading benefits from the support and collaboration of Leadingpharm’s industry technical experts and R&D teams. It has successfully initiated R&D work on over 30 products, with nearly 10 products having received clinical trial tacit approval. It has independently applied for 13 patents and has been recognized as a “National High‑Tech Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Provincial Innovative SME,” “Zhejiang Provincial Tech‑SME,” and “Hangzhou Municipal High‑Tech R&D Center,” among other honors.
